RETURN POLICY
If the Album seal has not been
broken, the CD and papers are
usable and/or the product has
been damaged in shipping, by
email notification of such
circumstances, you will be given a
return authorization number by
email. Shipping is the
responsibility of the customer.

VIPetScrappers is an Internet Online Retail Store ONLY. We
do not sell wholesale.
We only accept orders placed through the website.
Email confirmations of orders placed through the shopping
cart are generated automatically. If you place an order and do
not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us
so we may investigate.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. If there is a
significant ordering delay, you will be contacted via email.
Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday.
Our total Kit weight is 2.0 lbs. All orders will ship USPS Priority
Mail within the United States unless a specific shipping
method is preferred. Simply let us know when placing your
order. For domestic and international shipping, you will be
charged ONLY the actual shipping charges. International
customers are responsible for paying any and all duty, taxes
or customs fees on orders shipped out of the United States.
All foreign orders are required by law to have a complete
customs form attached to the shipping package - declaring
the full value of the merchandise contents. Thank you for your
understanding.
USPS Priority Mail rates are now zoned 2 pounds from $4.20
to $6.05.

Although we carry other manufacturer's products, we do not
directly represent any manufacturer, and act only as a reseller
of the manufacturer's products. We consider the products we
sell to be of the highest quality and safe for your scrapbook,

specifications only. VIPetScrappers makes no
representations or warranties of any kind, express or implies,
as to the quality or photo safe-ness of any products shown on
our website. Under no circumstances, including negligence,
shall VIPetScrappers be responsible for any damages or loss
that result from the use of, or inability to use any of the
products sold or distributed by VIPetScrappers. If any legal
action arises out of copyright infringement, VIPetScrappers
shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs
